Biofilmed Endomycorrhizal Consortia and Biofilmed Bacterial Biofertilizer
TERI has developed the mycorrhizal - biofilm technology to enhance mycorrhization and sporulation. These biofilms can be initiated with low CFU of established bacteria. In addition to increase in mycorrhizal sporulation, these bacteria also possess multiple plant growth enhancing capability. Hence, some of them can directly be applied to plants and solutions can be tailored to suit specific requirements.
